Blot

Blot, an offer ritual where the people can ask their gods to stand by their side. Harvest gods were common to pray up on (Frej and Tor) and often also Odin, in case of war or death. Every blot welcomed their own unique gods. Autumnblot for example welcomed gods of winter and hunt. Most often animals were the sacrifices, but mead was also a common offer. Not for hundreds of years has there been any human sacrifices.
