Refund and Returns Policy
Customers (“customers”) of Meeples & Dragons Pty Ltd (“M&D”) are entitled to a return of goods purchased from M&D provided the customers meet M&D’s return conditions and the statutory rights/guidelines as set by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”). The singular includes the plural and vice versa.
1. Return Conditions
1.1 Customers may return the product(s) that they have purchased from M&D and, subject to availability, M&D may offer an exchange for another product, store credit or refund, in the original form of payment, provided the terms and conditions of M&D’s Refund and Returns Policy are met to M&D’s complete satisfaction.
1.2 Written notification of the product(s) to be returned are to be received by M&D within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the product(s) to the customer. This written notification must include:
- original proof of purchase;
- the reason for the return; and
- photographs of the product showing the defect/default.
1.3 On meeting the conditions in this policy and acceptance of the fault/defect by M&D, a returned products number (RPN) will be assigned to the product(s). This RPN must be included with the returned product(s);
1.4 Refunds are subject to and conditional upon the state and condition of the product(s) returned to M&D.
1.5 M&D are not responsible or obligated to provide an exchange, store credit or refund under the following circumstances:
- the customer has changed their mind;
- the customer has found the same product being sold elsewhere at a cheaper price than M&D;
- the customer has decided that they do not like the purchase, has no use for it or is unable to provide an acceptable reason of return as stipulated under Australia Consumer Law;
- the customer has misused the product in a way that has caused a problem or damage to the product;
- the customer is unable to provide proof of purchase; or
- loss or damage sustained to the product was a result of the shipping provider.
1.6 In the event of a return and/or exchange, it is the recommendation of M&D that the customer insures the product at the customer’s cost and includes the tracking details on the return parcel.
1.7 M&D are not responsible to provide a return, exchange, store credit or refund if, for any reason, the product returned to M&D fails to reach M&D.
2.1 M&D’s store credit or refund policy excludes any shipping costs associated with the original order.
2.2 Shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2.3 For any purchases made through PayPal, the return shipping costs may be refundable under certain conditions.

2.4 The purchaser must allow for a period of two (2) to four (4) business days from delivery of any returned goods to M&D for processing of exchange/refund by M&D.
2.5 The customer is advised to contact customer support prior to shipping any return goods to M&D.
3. Paypay Exchanges/Refunds
Due to the associated service fees, Paypal fees will apply to any exchanges or refunds made for any orders paid with Paypal. Refer to Paypal website for information regarding these fees. Product exchanges of the same value do not incur this fee.
4. Afterpay Exchanges/Refunds
Due to the associated service fees, a 6% fee applies to any exchanges or refunds made for any orders paid with Afterpay. Product exchanges of the same value do not incur this fee.
